All non-personalized items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Personalized items are shipped within 2 to 3 weeks.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date. All orders are shipped fully insured. We use United States Postal Service and UPS for our Shipping. All United States Postal Service packages, are sent with a delivery confirmation, and must be signed for . If the customer is not home at the time of delivery, a note is left on the door by the Mail Carrier. This note can be signed and left for the Mail Carrier and the package will be delivered. We can ship to US Military APO boxes via the US Postal Service (First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail).My Guarantee:

Returns:
If you are still not satisfied with your product, can return it it for a full refund, minus shipping. You must EMAIL me for an RMA. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Refunds:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
